How Sessions Work
I offer 1:1 clarity and mindset sessions for people who want structured reflection without therapy language or pressure to “fix” themselves.
These sessions are conversational, thoughtful, and grounded in CBT-informed frameworks — designed to help you slow down, see patterns more clearly, and make sense of what’s actually happening beneath the noise.
Sessions are booked directly and offered on a limited basis.
Digital Workbooks
Self-guided tools for clarity, grounding, and emotional regulation.
These digital workbooks are designed for people who want structure without overwhelm — a way to slow the spiral, reflect clearly, and understand their emotional patterns in their own time.
Each workbook is grounded in CBT-informed frameworks and written to be practical, gentle, and usable in real life — not theoretical, not clinical, and not performative.
They can be used on their own, or alongside 1:1 sessions.
